Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the luminesse.fr website, published by Luminesse Paris. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.

1. Products

The products offered are cosmetic care products. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity, especially concerning colors. Our products are not medicines and do not substitute for medical advice.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges specified before order confirmation. Luminesse Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

3. Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer. Luminesse Paris reserves the right to cancel any order in case of dispute, payment default, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered during checkout, via a secure system. The order is processed after payment validation.

5. Delivery

The terms, deadlines, and delivery costs are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page. Deadlines are given as an indication. Free delivery for purchases over €60.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. For hygiene and safety reasons, unsealed, opened, or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged. The terms are detailed on the Delivery & Returns page.

7. Guarantees

Products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

10. Applicable law

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
